Lite Edition is suitable for 5 mailboxes as it's for personal user, Pro is suitable for upto 50 mailboxes & the Migration License is suitable for upto 250 malboxes. In case of more than 500 mailboxes, a custom Migration License is recommended.

No, we have separate license for both Mac and Windows OS. If you wish to use the program on both platform, please purchase the license separately.

Licenses are machine-specific and tied to the number of activations, mailboxes, and features. Once all activations are consumed, the license key cannot be transferred. You can upgrade to a higher edition or repurchase the license for use on additional machines.

The software supports Lotus Notes version 9.0 or earlier. Higher versions of HCL Notes are not currently supported.

The time required for conversion depends on several factors, like email server's bandwidth limit on daily upload/download data (in case of Cloud-cloud, cloud-Offline file & Offline-Cloud conversion), email size (including attachments), and internet speed (for cloud backup only).
