How to Use MSG Converter?
Follow the Steps to Understand the MSG File Converter Tool to Convert MSG Files
STEP 1
Download, install, and run the MSG Migrator, & Read all Important Instructions.
You can also add files manually by Click on the “Select Folder” or “Select Files” option & browse the MSG folders/files.
Select All or Only Required MSG Mailbox Folders in the application panel.
Choose a Desired file format from the list of “Select Saving options”.
Head to the “Filter Options” and enable the required advanced filters according to your choice.
If you have chosen any single email format, then apply the File Naming Option to manage your resultant data as needed.
Click on the “Folder” icon to change the destination path.
Choose the folder from here, or you can also create a new folder directly.
Once You have completed the MSG migration options, click on the “Next” button to initialize conversion. Preview the Live Conversion process in the software panel.
After the Conversion is finished successfully, it will display a confirmation message box. Click on the “OK” button to proceed further.
STEP 11
Check your Output files directly from the destination location.
