RecoveryTools make use of following scopes in order to migrate end users data from source to destination

Our software programs are 'Do It Yourself' programs. Our programs do not store, share or publish any data accessed through Google API and OAuth2.0 on our server or computer. Users control their data using our programs.

Google API Services Usage Disclosure

Mail Migration RecoveryTools's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How the application accesses Google user data?

• Getting Gmail access token first
• Using this parameter in place of client Gmail password and granting access
• Reading folder existence
• Creating folder as per source mailbox if not exist
• Migrating user folder data in their respective Gmail folder
• Composing Gmail messages from their source email account and saving in respective gmail folders
• Last checking count of migrated folders in Gmail

Google User Data Retention/Delete Policy

Our software application runs on user's computer and we do not collect any Google user data.

Source Gmail Account: The application never modify or delete Google user data from source account. The application uses API to read user data from the source account.
Destination Gmail Account: The application never modify or delete existing Google user data from the destination Google account. The application uses API to write user data to the destination account.

Information We Share

Sharing and Disclosure of Information: We may share your personal details with our subsidiaries, who require such details to support our permitted use of personal details. We can disclose your personal information in many other cases also. For example, for any court order, law or legal process, respond to any government, regulatory request, to enforce or apply our terms of use. In addition, it can be used for billing and collection purposes also and when it is necessary or appropriate to disclose information to protect rights, property, or safety of customer. In this, the information is shared with other companies and organization for fraud protection and credit risk reduction purposes.

Apart from above provided information, RecoveryTools does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal identifiable details to third parties.

We do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties. Only the necessary legal requirements or to help our clients protect against fraud and minimizing credit tasks are mitigating circumstances under which we would share the personal information. We may share this information:

• With all the Vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need to access this information to proceed with the services on our behalf. These third parties are contractually bound to keep your personal information confidential and safe. When you place online order
TName, email address, phone number and other information are required, so that we can confirm your order and send you the product license version you purchase. This information helps us to understand some technical matters and also future correspondence.
