How to Use Save2PDF Wizard?

Follow the Steps to Understand the Save to PDF Software to Convert Data Files to PDF

STEP 1

Download the software and after that install it on your system.

STEP 2

Next, upload your data files using the Select Files and Select Folders options.

STEP 3

Check the box of required data like folders and subfolders and then the Next button to continue.

STEP 4

After that, check the advanced modes as per choice:

Convert Attachments as PDF: It's available for the paid version, which enables users to save as PDF with attachments.
Black and White Mode: Helps to create a non-searchable PDF file.

STEP 5

Enable the File Naming Option to manage your files for better organization.

STEP 6

Go to the Settings tab and check the needed settings according to your choice.

STEP 7

Click on the Browse (Folders) button to select the location to save output.

STEP 8

Click on the Convert icon to start the live process for saving files as PDFs.

STEP 9

A confirmation message will show and press the OK button.

STEP 10

Select location will open automatically with the resultant data.
